Do you have any experience as a staff member on any other servers? (Excludes freebuilds): I have been an op on Pen23 LS, R33 LS, and others. R33 and Pen23's are the main ones I was an operator on.

Have you ever played Lava Survival before? I have been playing lava survival for quite some time.

What would you do on the server when you become an Op?: I would make sure to get the servers name out into the open. I would also make sure that every rule is followed by all players.

You see/hear about someone griefing someone else's build, what do you do?: I would freeze the player who was griefing and check if its true. If it was, I would undo the player, and either A) Kick him/her. or B) Tempban him/her.

Why are you better than someone else applying for Op?: I wouldn't say I'm better than anyone else who applies for operator. I think of myself as an equal person along with everyone else.

A player who is a higher rank is bothering you, what do you do?: I would ask the person to stop, if they don't, I would report the player to someone higher ranked, or complain on the shoutbox.
